I think a really experienced commercial real estate agent is essential in a 1031 exchange. Someone that is a veteran and knows commercial because this is a commercial transaction. We don't want to have knowledge deficits. We want that commercial agent to be able to play their role very strongly. We also may want to have a really strong title company that does commercial transactions because there's going to be a lot more nuances on that settlement statement and things that have to be done as part of that closing that a residential title closer wouldn't be familiar with.
